  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes bookings can be cancelled right away, but note that it is advisable to cancel 2 hours before booking appointment start so that you can be eligible for a reschedule. Please note that the initial deposit is not refundable so be sure of your booking before you confirm on the website.
  • Do I have to pay full amount online or I can pay in person?
    Every type of shoot you book has a required initial deposit of 50Ghc to secure your booking spot and the rest will be paid when you come over to the studio.
  • What other services do creative studio bookings provide?
    As on our Services page, we do provide other services apart from studio rentals. Our other services include makeup services, photography services and retouching services.
  • Can I rent a camera at the studio?
    Yes a camera can be rented at the studio and that comes at an extra cost. You would need to communicate with the studio manager about the availability and cost. our contact is down there!
  • Do I get some assistance at the studio?
    Our studio does not provide assistance for your shoot. You have the option to bring your own assistant or hire one at the studio for an additional fee, which should be discussed with the studio manager.
  • What am I entitled when I book?
    Your booking covers studio lights, modifiers, backdrops, props, and studio space. Please reach out ahead of time to let us know if you have any specific prop requests.
