Refund Policy

At Creative Studio Booking, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients.Please note that every booking requires an amount of ₵50 Ghana cedis to secure your booking spot and this fee is not refundable. We understand that circumstances may arise that require rescheduling appointments. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any bookings.

Rescheduling policy

  1. We do not offer refunds for the fee made to secure the booking spot on our website.

  2. However, we do offer the option to reschedule bookings based on availability.

  3. Clients must notify us of any rescheduling requests at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

  4. Rescheduling requests made after a day of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  5. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 2 hours from the original appointment date, subject to availability.

  6. Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the service or product without a refund.

  7. Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us via +223534382072 either by call or WhatsApp.

Cancelation policy

  1. If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.

  2. Cancellations made 2 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a credit toward future services, at our discretion.

  3. Cancellations made after 2 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for any rescheduling.

  4. No-shows without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your booking without a reschedule appointment.

Exceptions

  1. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Refunds or credits will only be issued if we are unable to accommodate a rescheduled appointment due to studio closures, technical issues, or other extenuating circumstances on our part.

By booking a service from Creative Studio Academy, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
